When people meet the Chocolate Angel, the range of reactions to this ‘sweet micro-moment of love’ brings a wide range of emotions, always positive. I could fill a story book of its own. Let me share some of those moments with you.
The amazing thing is that you never know what will happen when you walk up to a stranger, big smile and magic box in hand. Surprisingly often I hear ‘Oh my god’ when the box opens. As I’m quick with my tongue, response can be only, god isn’t involved, it’s ‘just’ a Chocolate Angel 🙂
When people asked to be adopted on the go, you know, the Chocolate Angel is involved. Since I started my journey I was asked this question four times, happily accepted two and two others are still on the ‘waiting for decision’ list. 🙂
If you think about the country I’m living in, called Finland, the least expected reactions are outbursts of laughter or a spontaneous offer of a hug from a total stranger. My ‘personal’ experience of Finland and Finns goes beyond the ‘typical’ stereotype.
The most soul touching moment by far happened in Helsinki, and it connected me with a young man from India. After we talked for some time about my work, he offered a ‘Pranam’ which means he bowed down to touch my feet to seek blessings from me. I was blown away.
I really never know what is happening next, but I’m open for everything 🙂
